Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp water if needed for consistency
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, shredded coconut, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Add almond butter and sugar-free syrup, stirring until the mixture begins to stick together.
- If too dry, add 1 tbsp of water to adjust consistency.
- Roll into 6 small balls and place on a plate.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
