Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp water if needed for consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, shredded coconut, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Add almond butter and sugar-free syrup, stirring until the mixture begins to stick together.
  • If too dry, add 1 tbsp of water to adjust consistency.
  • Roll into 6 small balls and place on a plate.
  • Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
