Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving (if using).
