Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss green beans and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and slightly caramelized.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
