Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh green beans trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss green beans and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and slightly caramelized.
