Ingredients
- 2 large roasted red peppers peeled and deseeded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese optional for extra flavor
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
