Ingredients
  

  • 2 large roasted red peppers peeled and deseeded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese optional for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Blend roasted red peppers, basil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Parmesan cheese in a food processor.
  • Slowly drizzle in the sautéed garlic and olive oil while blending until smooth.
  • Transfer to a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm as a sauce for grilled meats, seafood, or as a dip.
