Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg (if using), whisking continuously until smooth.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm over meat, roasted vegetables, or low-carb pasta.
