Ingredients
  

For the Chaffle:

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder

For the Sandwich Filling:

  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a mini waffle maker.
  • In a bowl, mix egg, mozzarella, almond flour, and baking powder.
  • Pour half of the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Repeat for second chaffle.
  • Assemble the sandwich by layering bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise between two chaffles.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
