Ingredients
For the Chaffle:
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
For the Sandwich Filling:
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat a mini waffle maker.
- In a bowl, mix egg, mozzarella, almond flour, and baking powder.
- Pour half of the batter into the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Repeat for second chaffle.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise between two chaffles.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
