Ingredients
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 2 slices low-carb bread
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze sugar-free
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last minute, place mozzarella slices on top of chicken and allow to melt slightly.
- Toast the low-carb bread in a pan or toaster.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled chicken, tomato slices, basil leaves, and balsamic glaze between two slices of bread.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
