Ingredients
  

  • 1 5-oz can tuna, drained
  • 1 medium avocado mashed
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
  • Add tuna, celery, cucumber, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  • Serve immediately over lettuce leaves or on its own.
