2. Are the recipes in the diabetic-friendly cookbooks suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely! The diabetic-friendly cookbooks are designed with all skill levels in mind. Whether you’re an experienced cook or just starting to manage your diet, these recipes are straightforward and easy to prepare.

3. Do your cookbooks include nutritional information?
The diabetic-friendly cookbooks include detailed nutritional information to help you make informed choices. However, the kid’s cookbooks focus more on creativity and fun, so nutritional information is not included in those.

4. Are the recipes allergy-friendly (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free)?
While some recipes may naturally be allergy-friendly, the cookbooks are not specifically tailored to address dietary restrictions. I encourage you to review the ingredients and adapt recipes as needed to meet your family’s dietary needs.

6. Do you offer signed copies of your books?
At this time, signed copies are only available at in-person events. Stay tuned for updates on future opportunities to purchase signed editions!

10. Do you offer sample recipes from your cookbooks?
Yes, I offer free sample recipes on my website! You can find them here to try before diving into a full cookbook.

International buyers can purchase my books through Amazon. For direct purchases, I currently do not ship internationally.

12. How long does shipping take?
For direct purchases, orders are processed and shipped within one week. For Amazon purchases, shipping times depend on Amazon’s processing and delivery services.

As someone with Type 2 Diabetes and other medical conditions, I struggled to find flavorful recipes that aligned with my health needs. After many attempts and failures, I started experimenting with flavors I loved and found success. This sparked my passion to create cookbooks that others could enjoy, whether for health or fun.

The Tiny Chef Challenges are designed to make cooking fun and engaging for kids. My own kids learned better when they enjoyed the activity, and I hope this approach helps others too.
