Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • Pinch of black pepper enhances turmeric absorption

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  • Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, sweetener, and black pepper.
  • Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes until well combined and heated through.
  • Pour into mugs and serve warm.
