Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves torn
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mash the mixed berries and basil leaves with the lemon juice and sweetener to release their flavors.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass, pressing with a spoon to extract the juice.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  • Divide the berry mixture between the glasses.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Let chill for 10 minutes, then serve with a basil leaf garnish.
