Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves torn
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the mixed berries and basil leaves with the lemon juice and sweetener to release their flavors.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass, pressing with a spoon to extract the juice.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Divide the berry mixture between the glasses.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
